To book a vehicle transport release, simply schedule an appointment using the button provided on our website.
What are the steps to follow before scheduling an appointment?
Before scheduling your appointment, ensure to qualify your vehicle VIN to confirm its readiness for transport. Upload your Bill of Lading (BOL).
Any appointment without a valid BOL will be cancelled.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Select a date and time for your transport release appointment using the scheduling button. Make sure to include the final destination of the vehicle in the appointment notes.
What happens after scheduling an appointment?
Upon scheduling, we review your file, confirm fees, and any additional requirements for booking your release.
Confirmation responses are typically sent within three hours on weekdays.
What happens if I miss my transport appointment?
Transport appointment no-shows will incur a $50 fee, which must be paid before your next pickup. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by using the link provided in the confirmation email or by contacting us before 8am on the appointment day.
What information do I need to provide?
Please ensure to provide your cell phone number or email as your preferred contact method. Additionally, bring a valid driver's license for identification purposes.
Is there a recommended arrival time for appointments?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to your appointment to expedite the release process.
